As Co-Founder and President, Cameron Cary is dedicated to reshaping private aviation by addressing the industry’s longstanding challenges around transparency and trust. Through his experience running a private charter brokerage, he recognized the need for brokers and operators to build relationships grounded in verifiable performance rather than word-of-mouth reputation alone.

 

This vision led him to help establish TrustJet—a platform designed to elevate the industry through safety, reliability, and operational clarity. Cameron is excited by the ways TrustJet is already changing how private aviation functions and is committed to ensuring it becomes an integral, trusted resource for operators, brokers, and clients alike.

Peter brings more than 25 years of diverse marketing expertise to his role as CMO. His background spans strategic marketing, targeted advertising, brand development, and integrated B2B/B2C communications.

 

Before joining TrustJet, Peter served as CMO for one of Colorado’s largest law firms, where he led a full re-brand, utilizing all media channels, and handled a multimillion-dollar budget.

 

His earlier agency experience includes work with national brands like Delta Air Lines, AT&T, Duracell, GE, Best Buy, GMC, FedEx, Dr. Martens, and YMCA.

Peter now leads TrustJet’s marketing strategy with a focus on expanding brand presence, accelerating growth, and driving adoption across the private aviation sector.

In her role as Executive Assistant, Sarah supports President Cameron Cary, bringing experience from industries including finance, film production, and academia. She excels in creating structure, improving efficiency, and helping teams achieve their goals through organized and thoughtful support.

 

Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in Film Production from Azusa Pacific University and completed her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Liberty University in 2025. She is currently drafting her debut novel and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.

 

Sarah is excited to contribute to TrustJet’s continued growth and to support its mission of transforming the private aviation industry.

Abbey serves as Executive Assistant to Chairman & CEO Drew A. Costelow, supporting leadership through strategic coordination, operations, and day-to-day management.

 

Prior to joining TrustJet, Abbey worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician, providing direct support to children with autism—experience that strengthened her communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

 

Abbey holds degrees in Psychology and Leadership & Community Development from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she also competed in Track & Field. She continues to train as a professional maintaining a strong commitment to discipline and excellence both inside and outside the workplace.
